Ridesharing
Are you interested in carpooling or sharing a ride to the New Partners for Smart Growth Conference in San Diego this year?
The Local Government Commission (LGC) and its conference partners work hard each year to reduce the amount of energy consumed and make the conference as green as possible. The carbon footprint for conferences is largely related to travel to and from the conference. Carpooling to the conference can greatly reduce your carbon footprint (and save you money).
If you are interested in ridesharing or carpooling to the New Partners for Smart Growth Conference, please visit www.RideShare.us (will open in new window). Simply create a username and password and search for the event using the “Find An Event” link on the left hand side of the page. You can either search by the lookup code, NPSG12, or search by State, City, Zip code, or Keyword. Once you find the event, you can post a ride ad for the event or search for existing ride ads.
