The official group rate for our group is $151 for both single and double occupancy rooms. A hotel occupancy tax of 12.5% and a Tourism tax of 2% will apply. The Modera Hotel is offering a small block of rooms at the rate of $151. To secure the group rate, contact the hotel directly at (877) 484-1084 and ask for the “New Partners Conference 2016 Group Rate” or reserve online at www.hotelmodera.com using the group code “NPC2016″. A hotel occupancy tax of 12.5% and a Tourism District Improvement tax of 2% will apply. The group rooms are being held until Monday, January 25th, 2016

Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm. Onsite valet parking is available at $35 per night per vehicle, with in and out privileges.

To get from the Modera Hotel to the Hilton Portland Hotel, exit the front doors to the courtyard walkway, towards 6th Ave. Once on the sidewalk, take a right and walk approximately 4 blocks. At Salmon St., cross to the other side of 6th Ave. Continue down 6th Ave for half a block and the front doors to the Hilton will be on your left.
