The 4th Annual New Partners for Smart Growth conference will be held at the Deauville Beach Resort Hotel, located in beautiful Miami Beach, Florida. The hotel is just twelve miles from the Miami International Airport (twenty minutes) and eighteen miles from the Fort Lauderdale Airport (thirty minutes).

The location of the Deauville Beach Resort puts guests right on beautiful Miami Beach--sun-drenched shores, towering palms, heavenly white sands, and sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean that go on forever. The hotel is just a ten-minute cab ride away from some of the most amazing nightlife and trendy restaurants and shops in world-famous South Beach.

The special guest rates for participants of the conference are:

In addition to the above room rates, the following additional charges apply to each guest room:
--a 13-percent Miami Beach guest room tax
--a $7 resort fee per room, per day

When making your reservations, please indicate that you are attending the New Partners Conference to ensure you receive the special group rates for this event. All reservations require one night's deposit, refundable up to seventy-two hours in advance of your arrival date.

Check In/Out Times: The official check-in time at the Deauville Beach Resort is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Parking: Valet parking is available at the hotel for $18 per day with in and out privileges. There is no self-park option at the Deauville Beach Resort.

The Deauville Beach Resort Hotel is nearly sold-out! Should you call the Deauville and are not able to get the conference room rate for this event, contact the Ocean Front Grand Hotel or The New Casablanca on the Ocean Hotel. Each hotel is within five blocks of the Deauville and will honor the group room rates for this event ($107 per night, plus 13% tax).

Taxi: The fee for a taxi ride from the Fort Lauderdale Airport to the Miami Area is approximately $70 dollars. Fairs can vary depending on route traveled, wait time, and traffic.

Free Transit Passes
