Participants paying by credit card must register using the online registration system. If you are paying by check or purchase order, you must download and print the registration form, and mail in your registration with payment to the address provided on the printable registration form. Registrations will not be processed without payment.
Participant Registration Deadlines
Early bird rates will be available from October 7 – December 20. Regular rates will apply from December 21 through the January 21 registration deadline. Registrations will still be accepted after January 21 if space is available, and a $50 late fee will apply (included in the late registration rates indicated above).
Speaker Registration Details
All speakers and moderators will be required to register and pay a significantly reduced fee to participate in the conference. The LGC will provide the necessary registration access codes directly to each confirmed speaker and moderator. Speakers and moderators MUST use the information that we provide them to register for the conference through the online registration system.
Speakers will also be required to provide a brief biography and copy of their PowerPoint presentation (in pdf format) through the online registration system.
Speakers and moderators must register by November 24, 2013.
Sponsor Registration Details
Sponsoring organizations, agencies and companies may receive complimentary conference registration as part of their sponsorship benefits. If applicable, the LGC’s main point of contact with each sponsor will receive a unique access code from the LGC, for using any complimentary sponsors registrations. The LGC point of contact with each sponsor will be responsible for deciding who will be able to use the complimentary registrations.
Those using complimentary sponsor registrations will need to use the online registration system. The access codes provided to each eligible sponsor are unique and registrations per sponsor are limited, and should not be shared with others.
Scholarship Recipient Registration Details
Scholarship recipients who have received an official award confirmation email from the LGC confirming their scholarship will be required to register using the online registration system. Each scholarship recipient will be provided a unique link and access code to use to facilitate their registration, and should not be shared with others. If you have received a scholarship and determine that you are no longer able to attend, please contact the scholarship administrator indicated in your award letter immediately. The full (3-day) conference registration fee includes

LGC Membership and Discount Rates
Join the LGC now and receive a 20% discount on membership dues, as well as an instant discount on registration for this conference! This discount applies only to the public/nonprofit and private sector “full conference rates.” More details on LGC Membership benefits and discounted rates. LGC Members receive $25 off the early-bird and regular three-day conference registration fees.
A discount of $25 off the registration will be offered to organizations, agencies and companies that are sending five or more participants to the conference. This discount applies only to the public/nonprofit and private-sector “full conference rates.” To take advantage of these group rates, all qualifying registrations must be received at the same time with payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Refund requests will be honored if received in writing by the January 21st, 2014 registration deadline. All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee. Participants may cancel their registration themselves in the online registration system, though their cancellation will be pending until approved by the LGC. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at time of registration.
After January 21st, NO REFUNDS will be offered.
If you need to cancel your registration after the January 21 registration deadline (for whatever reason), you may replace yourself with another person in the online registration system so long as this is submitted by February 5.
After February 5, 2014, should you need to cancel and replace yourself (send a substitute if you can no longer attend), you must contact the conference organizers by email with the replacement contact information: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
