The official hotel room rate for our group is $149 (single/double), $174 triple and $199 quadruple. Room rates are subject to local taxes, which are currently 14.75%. Group rates will be honored three (3) days prior to the event starting and three (3) days after the event ends, based on availability. The reservation cut-off date for the group rate is January 10, 2013 at 5:00pm MST. After that date, the group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Please note that self-parking for hotel guests and patrons is $26 per night, including in and out privileges only for those who bill parking charges to their guest rooms. The hourly rate is $10 for the first hour, $15 for 1-3 hours, $20 for 3-5 hours. Valet parking is $32 per night and is subject to change without notice.
